It's the joker mastermind of AAI2! Fantastic game and great villain, though it's a shame we get to see so little of his real persona. Can't help but feel bad for him, but I guess all villains are sympathetic when you're starved for sympathy yourself haha. At least he didn't get the Dahlia treatment of eternal suffering, and even kind of won? Good for him.

Also, I can fix him make him worse >:)
